Dry hopped with galaxy, contennial and mosaic, the aroma is balanced between tropical and grapefruit notes, finished off with a subtle bitterness for ultimate sessionability. Drinks will be chilled in 30-45 minutes and will be kept cold for several hours, especially if kept in the shade. Cascade is used in the copper and is joined with Centennial in the hop whirlpool, where the hopped wort is cleared of spent hops after the boil. Finally, the beer is “dry hopped” – the addition of fresh hops prior to packaging – with Centennial, Galaxy and Mosaic.
