So far what I have made has been tasty and filling (lot of corgettes), but personally I find some of the recipes not complicated but fiddly, too many ingredients in some, but this is maybe because I am trying the recipes for the first time so I’m continually checking the page to see if I am doing it right, which with the one layer lasagne I obviously didn’t because the amount of liquid in the dish I had left in the dish, no no no no I definitely didn’t get that right no idea courgettes dripped out water. Some of the Meals, in particular, the Main Meals, will take a little time to do, but even with the busy lifestyles we lead, most of us, if not all of us, get at least 1 or 2 days off in the week, so with a little bit of good organisation and discipline, you can really enjoy the food in Tom's book and lead a Healthy Eating Lifestyle at the same time. Would highly recommend this Recipe Book for those who want to eat great food without blowing the calorie allowance. I don't know how Tom does it but it's incredible, as snacking between meals is often the reason why most diets don't work.

And at times just seem to be lower portion size versions of familiar dishes with one or two high calorie ingredients swapped out. Now Tom is turning his attention to helping food-lovers who have chosen a lower-calorie diet as their own route to weight-loss. With a full vegetarian section, and even low calorie, but not restricted desserts, this is a life saviour for sure.

He also understands how much willpower it takes to shift unhealthy excess weight, because he has lost over 11 stone in the last four years by following a low-carb diet. More ingredients bought just to use cupboard space, for minimal extra calories why not use good organic honey, will try the recipes just to fool friends, glad its only on my kindle. Then I tried a Chicken Tikka Dish from this very book that I had at my Sister's house and I was blown away by the flavour combination and the fact that it was a healthy meal, so that combined with the transformation that "Big Tom! It's hard to find low calorie diet books that cater to vegetarian diets as well, and then this book came along. In 2021 Tom launched the game-changing Full Time Meals campaign with Marcus Rashford and in 2022 he will be a judge on Great British Menu.
